Preliminary Research

Here is the preliminary research that I've done, which is more of a smaller, build-up research to the actual full on and actually important music video we will do as a group.

After much consideration, we have decided to pick pop as our genre.

Self-Reflection: It was really fun looking at different genres and the strengths and weaknesses each one served; some are more intimate while other more flashy. Some appeal to wide audiences easily while others are more distinct it's demographic and psychographic. It felt interesting having g to use my brain power to analyze & criticize the music videos we were shown.
